Multi-year partnership to provide technology leadership, modernisation of DevOps tooling & implementation of an AWS big data platform.

Overview

A large government agency engaged DevOps1 to help modernise their technology landscape and address the growing needs of digital transformation. The project was multi-faceted, involving the migration of legacy DevOps tooling to GitLab, the construction of a scalable big data platform on AWS and ongoing thought leadership to guide the agency through its journey towards cloud adoption and modern software engineering practices.

The goal was to optimise their IT infrastructure, enhance collaboration, improve data analytics capabilities and to ensure they could operate more efficiently and securely in a rapidly evolving technology environment.
